Saying Goodbye

Today I had to say goodbye to my best friend. My dog Sadie had a great 11 and a half years with me here on earth. She was such a friendly dog, she never barked, or chased after people. She was just calm and contained. Our family got Sadie when I was only 5 and so I’ve grown up with her for most of my life. I remember all the memories we have together. I used to sit outside and pet her for hours until my hands went numb. She lived a good life and I am going to miss her a lot. It’s going to be different at home without her around but I will always remember her friendly face. Rest In Peace Sadie, I will always think about you and cherish our memories we have.
