“Every time you get upset at something, ask yourself if you were to die tomorrow, was it worth wasting your time being angry?”
– Robert Tew
I’ve said something along the lines of this in a few of my blog posts and it’s the truth. You really need to think about what it is you’re getting angry about and think about if it’s worth your time. It might not be worth your time but most importantly your happiness. The littlest things in life can make you angry, it happens to me. It doesn’t happen to me as much as it used to though because now I think about the situation and I just breathe and stay calm.
Final Message: Stop and think about what it is that you’re angry or frustrated about and ask yourself first, if you can do anything about the situation in a positive way, and second, if it’s even worth your time and your happiness.
